At present, many domestic scholars propose the concept of school organizational identity,considering that students with a lower identification will negative the school of their own andfull of inferiority and dissatisfaction with themselves and school, leading to psychologicalunbalance, and even psychological disorders. At present, the research from the perspectives ofeducation of school organizational identity is less, in the domestic we lack of the interventionresearch using psychology research methods to graduate students lacking of schoolorganizational identification, and summaring of graduate students group lacking of schoolorganizational identity of sandplay characteristics can contribute to the detection andprevention of school organizational identity problems,and intervention to the students also canhelp them adapting to the school activly, and finally improve their abilities to adapt to thesociety.This research mainly includes two contents. Firstly, deliver the revised organizationalidentification questionnaire to the liaoning normal university graduate students, selecting30graduate students as school organizational identity deficiency group (experimental group),and another30graduate students as school organizational identity group (control group), letthem produce the initial sandplay respectively, and summary the initial sandplaycharacteristics of the experimental group by comparing the various dimensions of two groupssandplay characteristics. Secondly, in case study method, verify the validity of sandplaytherapy for inteventing graduate students which in the experimental group by carried outsandplay interventions to volunteers for followed-up treatment.The results show that:(1) There are significant differences between the experimentalgroup and the control group in working time, the number of self presence, ignore and emptytheme, moving sand conditions, use of toys, and the completeness.(2) There are differencesbetween the experimental group and the control group in the blocked theme, fight dimensionsof scenes feature, integration and performance.(3) Vertify the good effect of sandplay therapyfor interventing the graduate student lacking of school organizational identity throughcomparision in the results of the Sandplay change, others reflections, self-assessment andthe post-test results.
