| Hyperactive behavior refers to a kind of hyperactive-impulsive behavior that children are hyperactive and restless, activities frequency is obviously abnormal.Characterized by behavior performance, hyperactivity behavior can be divided into three sub-types:hyperactivity impulse type, attention deficit type and mixed type.Hyperactive behavior will not only affect the individual physical and mental development, but also have a negative impact on the collective they are in.Children with hyperactive behaviors have poor concentration, poor self-control,and are unable to integrate into the group. Therefore,it is particularly important to take appropriate measures to intervene children’s hyperactive behavior in time.Sandplay is a method for visitors to use sand and sand tools to express their inner world in a free and protected space.Accompanied by a consultant, they can vent negative emotions, experience self-control,and promote personality integration and self-healing.The weak language and playfulness of sandplay are especially suitable for preschool children.Studies have shown that sandplay is not only an important means of intervening problem behaviors, but also an effective way to assist in the treatment of mental disorders and other diseases. This study focuses on the 3-6 years preschooler, selects 3 children with different sub-types of hyperactive behavior who are aged between 4-5 years old through nomination through nomination, questionnaire survey, interview and observation.During the three months, children with three sub-types of hyperactive behavior were respectively treated 22 times with sand table game intervention. The results showed that:(1)Sandplay can effectively correct all three types of hyperactive behaviors and other related behaviors to varying degrees. For example, hyperactive behaviors are reduced, attention time is prolonged, impulsive and aggressive tendencies are weakened,self-control ability is enhanced, awareness of rules is established, and social relationships are improved.(2)The effects of sandplay are different between the three subtypes.Children with hyperactivity impulse type have the highest acceptance of sandplay, whose hyperactive behaviors and other related explicit behaviors have been significantly improved, but still impulsive to some degree. The mixed type children acceptance of sandplay is the second, whose hyperactivity behaviors are less frequent and attention stability improves, but the effectiveness of intervention needs to be further consolidated. In attention-deficit type cases, the explicit problems such as hyperactivity and attention deficit, have been improved to some extent, but the implicit psychological problems have been improved more significantly, which is obviously reflected in the formation of attachment, establishment of social interaction,self-expression,and adaptation to society.Based on the above research results, this research puts forward suggestions for intervention in children with hyperactive behaviors, reflects on the researcher’s role and research process, summarizes the drawbacks, and looks forward to follow-up research. |
