The Countermeasure Research On The Youth Affair Social Work

The youth affair social work is a special part of the current professional social work. It aims to serve the youth---a specific group in the society. From the20th century, with the rapid development of social productivity and the dramatic change of social relation, especially with the function change of the family structure and the youth’s rapid integration into the society, the youth in the physical and psychological development are experiencing the more intense inner contradiction as well as the more complicated inner feelings. When such inner contradictions and conflicts can not be released by the help of school, family and religion as it used to be, more and more youths tend to be more rebellious and violent. They are inclined to play truant, be addicted to the net and drugs and even on the tramp, which have become the common and serious social problems. Under these circumstances, how to utilize a professional social work system to ensure the healthy growth of the youth and how to facilitate the safety development of the society have become the urgent requirements of the times, which also need long-term endeavor.When stepping into the21th century, some relatively developed regions in China, such as Shanghai, Guangdong and Beijing, first began to pilot and explore the youth affair social work. To realize the flourishing development of such a task, A group of youth affair social workers have been organized, thus creating a variety of new modes and obtaining successful experiences. The importance and the effects of the youth affair social have been generally recognized and accepted by all fields of the society. Under the new situations, it is meaningful to classify the condition of the youth affair social work in Fujian Province, to analyze the problems exists and put forward the suggested countermeasures to facilitate the development of the youth affair social work.This thesis intends to regard the current conditions of the core youth group in Fujian Province as the main research object, it will analyze the difficulties and the key points of youth affair social work, thus further put forward the suggested policies and measures which can facilitate the development of the youth affair social work in our province. The thesis consists of four parts. The first part mainly focuses on the conditions of youth group in Fujian Province, it introduce the basic information of such a group and their interest appeals. The second part analyzes the importance of the youth affair social work, it summarize the basic conditions of youth affair social work both at home (in Hongkong, Taiwan, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Fujian, etc.) and abroad. The third part tries to find out the insufficiencies, difficulties, as well as the restricting factors of the youth affair social work in our province. The last part is based on the analyses in the previous3parts, it puts forward some measures and policies based on the policy, finance, organization, personnel and environment considerations with the hope to facilitate the development of the youth affair social work.
