Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Operation Of Youth Social Work Projects

Caring for the growth of adolescents is a problem that can not be ignored during the construction of a harmonious society.Social work,as a professional assistance job,has developed rapidly in providing services for adolescents.Under the context that more and more governments purchases services from social service institutions in the form of projects,the development of social work services for adolescents in the way of project operation has become trending nowadays.However,due to the immaturity of the theory and practice of youth social work development in our country,it will inevitably lead to some problems during the operation of youth social work projects,which will damage the rights and interests of adolescents.It will hinder the development of youth social work,and is not conducive to the solving of adolescents problems by the government,thus affecting the development of the country.Based on the B agency summer hosting project.This paper is based on the B institution summer trusteeship project involved in the professional internship.The questionnaires,participatory observation and semi-structured interviews are used to collect data.The PDCA cycle theory of quality management is used to manage the project,including the,Planning(plan and design)stage,Doing(Implementation and execution),Checking(inspection and evaluation)and Acting(processing and reflection)stage are specifically analyzed to clarify the practical problems existing in the operation of the youth social work project,and propose corresponding countermeasures.The study found that youth social work does have certain problems in the actual project operation process,There are that unscientific investigation of Project service object demand,which is reflected in the invisible leading of institution by the service purchaser to carry out demand investigation,neglecting the real needs of adolescents by "Parenting demand".and investigation process is too general with lacking in resources,less human resources,misuse of funds,weak inspection of project operation mainly due to the lack of professionalism of social work institutions,the superficiality of actual evaluation without standard operation evaluation.In order to improve the professionalism and efficiency of the work of youth social work projects,and to enable the services provided by the institutions to meet the needs of young people,this paper proposes carrying out demand survey scientifically,enhancing the matching level of project services,improving the management system of project resources,increasing the utilization rate of resources,strengthening the construction of social work institutions,promoting the specialized operation of projects,implementing the operation mode of PDCA and improving the supervision and evaluation of projects to improve the operation process of the youth social work project.
