This study aims to investigate the psychology health education in different school of Jing Zhou city and Da Ye city, to analyze its influence on middle school students’ psychology health condition. And analyze whether students’ psychology health level in the two middle schools are different, as well as the causes of such differences. In addition, if there are differences, these differences reflected in which aspects. This article use the middle school students’ emotional intelligence scale, GSEC, and CSQ, to analyze the status of school psychology education. Through the result, our psychology education workers can understand how to strengthen it.On the aspect of research content, this article mainly investigate parts of middle school students and teachers in Jing Zhou city and Da Ye city by using the questionnaire of the school psychology health education atmosphere of survey, to analysis the situation of both middle school psychology education. And use the MHT, emotional intelligence scale, general self-efficacy scale and coping styles questionnaire survey of high school students, hope it can help us understand how the atmosphere of school psychology education infect on the situation of middle school students psychology health.Through empirical research, the score of place B is higher than place A on the dimensions of school psychology health education atmosphere, the situation of school psychology education in place B is better than place A. MHT scores show both middle school students’ psychological health level is good, the anxiety scores higher than that of other items. The average score in place B is significantly higher than place A in perception of emotional intelligence scores, emotional management, emotional management and the use of emotion, students in place B are better at managing emotions of themselves. On the self-efficacy scores place B is significantly higher than place A, it shows students’ self-efficacy is better in place B. In Stress coping styles, place B is significantly higher than place A on problem solving-turning factor points, and on the remorse factor scores and fantasy factor, students’score in place A is higher than B, students in place B will be more willing to seek the solution and can cope with the pressure for A long time when faced with A problem.By analyzing the literature, we draw the logical conclusion:1, both place A and place B have the consciousness of the school psychology education in middle school, schools in place B have relatively stronger consciousness than in place A, embodied in psychology teachers in B is more than A, in the aspects of the psychological activities, and the degree of communication with students’family.2, In general, both middle school students psychology health is good, there are little students have extreme psychological problem.3, The middle school students in the two places are difference in the aspects of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and coping styles have difference, B is better than A. Students in place B are more mature in the psychological development, stronger in manage emotion, the way is more positive and higher self-efficacy to cope with the pressure.Through the study of this thesis,as a basic education worker,I think strengthen the development of students responsibility consciousness, to realize the school psychology education is the request for students’ all-around development. Secondary the quality of school psychology education will have a major impact on students’ psychology health development. We should change the understanding of school psychology education, strengthen school psychology education atmosphere, this will help to improve the level of psychology health of middle school students, promote the students’ psychological health, cultivate students’ good psychological quality.
