Positive psychology is a field of psychological research that emerged in the United States in the 20 th century.In recent years,more and more primary and secondary schools in China have begun to pay attention to positive psychology,trying to explore the application of positive psychology in school mental health education and play its active leading role.In 2010,the State Council promulgated the "National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)".In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of "healthy China" in his speech at the National Health and Health Conference.In the same year,the National Health and Family Planning Commission,etc.Twenty-two departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening Mental Health Services",which requires comprehensive strengthening of mental health education for children and adolescents.Primary and secondary schools should pay attention to students' mental health education,cultivate positive and optimistic,healthy and up-to-date psychological quality,promote mental health promotion activities such as students' physical and mental sustainable development,and improve students' self-emotional adjustment ability and other specific work content.The release of the above documents has made the thinking of positive psychology more deeply into the mental health education of primary and secondary schools.Some schools have introduced the concept of positive psychology into the mental health education of schools.The focus of work has shifted from focusing on the psychological problems of a few students to cultivating the positive psychological quality of all students.At present,positive psychology has more and more enlightenment on school mental health education work,and the psychological education of primary and secondary schools oriented to positive psychology has also evolved into a new trend.This paper takes the three middle schools in Shenzhen as the research object,and uses qualitative research as a means to investigate the series of innovations and experiments on mental health education under the guidance of positive psychology and according to their different development processes.Using the case study method,literature method,observation method and interview method,the practice exploration of the mental health education work of the three schools is sorted out and presented.Semi-structured qualitative interviews were used to interview 12 teachers from three schools according to the interview outline.After the interview,qualitative analysis was carried out,and the recordings were recorded verbatim.The contents of the manuscripts were coded and classified.First,according to the theory of grounding The data is subjected to open coding,spindle coding,and selective coding.The three-level coding method encodes the verbatim manuscripts obtained from the dimension of the event.Secondly,the concept code related to the research content is extracted from the interview data.These codes are grouped and classified in the interview data that are particularly important for research questions.Finally,with the subject of influence under the positive psychology concept as a clue,the core class analysis method is used to connect the various theories.In addition,using the interview outline as a clue,the method of meaning condensation is used to summarize the interview data.By grouping and categorizing the concept codes related to the research content,and sorting out the topics and categories of the interviews,the data shows that the interview covers the interviewees' understanding of positive psychology and the psychological health of the school under the positive psychology concept.The specific measures and practices of educational work,the three parts of the combination and transformation of school teachers' own work under the framework of positive psychology.The results show that the three schools have practiced and innovated mental health education under the guidance of positive psychology.Among them,there are both universal and different,but they all have positive effects on improving the quality of mental health education..Through the case analysis of the above schools,we can draw the following conclusions: the use of positive psychology can continuously improve and improve the level of mental health education in primary and secondary schools,and help students grow and become talented.The school's extensive adoption of positive mental health education will become An important guarantee for students' active and healthy growth.By investigating the specific practices,characteristics and experiences of mental health education in the above schools,it is expected to provide suggestions and reflections for other schools and mental health educators to carry out and improve this work.
