Health education is an important strategy for achieving health for all initiative is less input, output and more health care facilities. Health education is the main channel to carry out health education to the students of the school, is the main ways students obtain health knowledge. School health education is an important part of school education, is an important way to carry out comprehensive quality education of the students, to research on health education in schools is a prerequisite for comprehensive school health education work. At present, the health education for primary and middle school sports in China still has some problems, primary and secondary school students and cognitive aspects of physical health education of physical education teachers there still are a lot of errors, and hardware conditions, school support, and curriculum constraints.Based on this, this paper uses a questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, of Beijing primary and secondary school students and teachers for the status of PE Teachers’ cognitive level of health education research through statistical data on the results of the survey found that primary and middle school students in Beijing on health and healthy way of life awareness in improving. But there is still a one-sided understanding of the health of students. Nearly half of the students think is important to carry out health education and the content of health education of the school in the choice of daily health knowledge and physical exercise knowledge, primary and middle school students in Beijing have a majority of people think that through the health education curriculum learning for health knowledge is helpful, but it thinks that the little practical use. Primary and secondary school students access to sports and health knowledge of the channel is mainly the exchange of physical education and students, network search, etc.. Middle and primary school students hope to obtain the sports health knowledge in physical education class in the top three are health behavior and life style, safety emergency and hedge, growth and development and adolescent health. There are primary and secondary school students to participate in extracurricular sports activities never do preparation, most students choose the school physical education content and their own expertise in sports exercise. 77.7% of the teachers believe that health education is very important for primary and middle school students, and teachers are quite satisfied with the overall situation of health education activities in our school. In the understanding of the task of physical education, it is mainly to develop physical fitness, learn motor skills and develop good psychological quality.Primary and secondary school physical education teachers believed that the physical education in the implementation of health education of obstacles, the main factor is students are lack of health awareness or the students lack of awareness of the importance of health education, equipment problems, financial problems, school leaders do not attach importance to, PE teachers own professional level is not enough, is hindering factors. Based on the analysis of the survey results, the elementary and middle school students and the teacher of physical education to health education cognitive status and problems, influence factors of the cognitive level of the healthy education of primary and middle school students and students in primary and secondary education problems are discussed. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the health education of primary and secondary school students. Through the study of this paper to contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the capital foundation education present situation of health education, for the Beijing small and medium-sized school health education curriculum teaching reform to provide material for health education of applied research, the preparation of teaching materials to provide evidence and suggestions.
