Research For Quantity Problems And Strategies Of Adult Higher Education Take Panyu Radio And Television University As An Example

Radio and Television University is one part of our country higher education。It plays an important role to our country social stability and development. This article uses literature research method, questionnaire investigate method and comparison study method. This article expatiates development process and characteristics of t Radio and Television University, analyzing into problems and reasons of the Radio and Television University in21century. It also puts forward the author’s conceives. The author thinks, the reasons are from the Radio and Television University itself. First, because of the incorrect concept, Radio and Television University uses the method of the common higher education, deviating gradually own education object, secondly its teaching method is the old method of common higher education, neglecting its human nature, technical ability, amateur, long-distance education and traditional teaching combining together. Thirdly the problem is the teaching management is poor and the teachers are not match the need of the students. The whole teaching level is not high. So the teaching quality of the Radio and Television University is slow down. How to make the Radio and Television University continue to develop in new century is the pivot of this article. Learning the experience from the domestic and international higher education, the article put forward Chinese Radio and Television University should set up the principle of life long learning.This article takes Panyu Radio and Television University as an example to pointing out quantity problems and reasons of Radio and Television University and according to problems,author puts forward the measures.The first, change the education thought, strengthening the quantity consciousness. The second is to focus the input of the equipments and the teachers.The thirdly is to enhance the control of the adult education quantity that is set up the education control system. Finally, according to the needs of society, make the students to master skills which can be used in their work.
