Analysis On Education Of Radio Broadcasting And Television University And The Improvement Countermeasure

BY applying the points of historical materialism,this article analysizes and studies the chance as well as challenge the Radio Broadcasting and Televison University(RBTU) will face in the 21th Century.Also this article suggests the relative counter measures to improve the education of RBTU.This article is divided into four parts as following:Part IrThrough analysizing the achivements and problems in the development of high education system in ourcountry,it states the importance that Mr Deng Xiaoping supported the establishment of RBTU. In this part,the author applys strong factors to prove that the founding and developing of RBTU is the result of the policy of opening to the world and developing country by education, and also shows perfectly the economic and educational theroy in the 20th Century.Part II.- The author analysizes the features of RBTU and explains the special role that RBTU played in the special periods.Part III: By studying the present requirements for RBTU, the author analysizes objectively the challenge and disadvantageRBTU facing , and put forward the theoretical foundation for improving methods.Part III: Through analysizing the opportunity and advantages the high eduation facing after entering WTO, the author suggests RBTU Should take the good chance and meet the demands of society.RBTU Shoucd open to the outside world more widely, strengthen its own management standard and improve the countermeasures.Only in this way, RBTU can Compete with other high educational models and help China with the development of her high education system.
