Internet addiction has been one of the main topics of mental health, and with the popularity of mobile phones, mobile phone dependence have attracted increasing attention. Adolescents gain peer attachment from school, and gradually its influence is over parents’. Peer attachment impacts on adolescence’s cognition, emotion, personality and behavioral development and social adaptation plays an important role. Those who have intimate fellowship can reduce the loneliness, as well as, there’s less likelihood of psychological problems. This study uses Internet Addiction Scale (IAS), Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale (MPAI), Peer Attachment Questionnaire (PAQ) and Students’ Loneliness Questionnaire (SLQ) as tools. The subjects are in Guangdong Province, totally800were measured, in order to in-depth study of Internet addiction, mobile phone dependence, peer attachment and loneliness characteristics and correlation.According to this study, conclusions are draw as follow:(1) Among768valid questionnaires on middle school students, the detection rate of Internet Addiction Tendency is22%, mobile phone addiction rate is12%, while the Internet Addiction Tendency and mobile phone addiction rate is6.5%.(2) The difference of mobile phone addiction was not significant in the gender; but there are differences between genders in the Internet addiction; boys scored higher than girls.(3) The mobile phone addiction is in the significant difference between grades, and mainly in the three factors:Feeling Anxious, Inability to Control Craving and Productivity Loss. The senior high school students scored higher mobile phone addiction. Internet addiction has significant difference among the grades, high school students scored higher Internet addiction.(4) The students in the different levels of Internet Addiction were significantly different in Peer Attachment and Loneliness. Individuals with addiction show higher loneliness and low peer attachment.(5) The students in the different levels of mobile phone addiction were significant difference between Loneliness. In addition, individuals have clearly demonstrated by the high loneliness. The students in different degree of mobile phone addiction mainly impact on alienating factor of peer attachment in the companion. What’s more, the addictive scored significantly higher than alienate non-addictive tendencies.(6) Peer Attachment could effectively predict Internet addiction and Loneliness. The Internet addiction is the mediator of Peer Attachment and Loneliness.(7) Peer Attachment had no significant correlation with mobile phone addiction. The mobile phone addiction is the mediator of Peer Attachment and loneliness.
