China’s Internet is developing rapidly and the national participation remains high.At the same time,the latest survey results of China Internet Information Center found that teenagers’ Internet use showed a rapid rise.Social observation learning theory and peer norm influence theory have repeatedly emphasized that peer behavior will have an important impact on individual behavior.Based on the theory and existing research results,whether teenagers will have internet addiction in the process of constructing peer relationship;How teenagers will recognize and treat their peers’ Internet use behavior;Whether the peer’s Internet use behavior will bring pressure to teenagers and promote individual Internet addiction;What means can teenagers reduce Internet addiction.Around the above contents,this paper has carried out the following four studies:Study 1: Meta analysis was conducted on the relationship between peer attachment and Internet addiction.Firstly,the standards of literature retrieval and screening are formulated;Secondly,the relevant literatures were retrieved from the literature library at home and abroad,and 15 literatures were retained after screening;Finally,the retrieved file data are meta analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between peer attachment and Internet addiction,and the correlation coefficient was-0.14.The years of publication and the types of Internet addiction had a significant regulatory effect.Study 2: Develop a peer stress scale for network use.According to the definition of peer pressure in network use,a preliminary measurement table with two dimensions of specific behavioral pressure and psychological cognitive pressure is compiled.Firstly,a professor of mental health education and a graduate student of mental health education were invited to evaluate the scale.At the same time,47 middle school students in grade one were selected to try the scale to ensure that the topics of the scale were expressed clearly.Secondly,461 subjects were selected for the preliminary test of the scale,and item test and exploratory factor analysis were carried out.The structure of the scale was consistent with the expectation,and the scale reached the psychometric standard.Finally,810 subjects were selected for scale retest,item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.The results met the psychometric standards.Study 3: Verified the relationship between peer attachment,Internet use,peer stress,Internet addiction and loneliness.A total of 810 subjects from 3 regions participated in the survey.The results showed that middle school students’ peer attachment could significantly and positively predict adolescents’ Internet addiction;Peer pressure of Internet use plays an incomplete mediating role in the prediction of peer attachment to Internet addiction;Loneliness plays a regulatory role in the path of peer attachment to Internet addiction;Loneliness also plays a regulatory role in the path of peer attachment to peer pressure on Internet use.Study 4 : Verified the intervention effect of self-help painting therapy on the level of adolescent loneliness.Adopt 2×3 repeated test design found that self-help painting therapy can significantly reduce the level of loneliness and Internet addiction among adolescents.Finally,combined with the existing theories,research methods and research design,this paper discusses the current situation of teenagers’ Internet use and the causes of Internet addiction,and puts forward educational suggestions on establishing "Mental health break" and various forms to promote students’ communication and expression.
