In contemporary China, China is transforming from a planned economy to a socialist market economy society, international in the face of economic globalization and various social ideological impact, make people’s belief in an increasingly diverse and pragmatic. With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, private colleges and universities is increasing, the young teachers have become an unavoidable group private colleges and universities, and the ideological and political education of young teachers in private colleges is a complex work.In the first chapter, the significance of the research background and research are described, the related research are reviewed, and introduces the research method.The second chapter gives an overview of young teachers in private colleges with the Marx doctrine. From two aspects of young teachers on Marx’s identity definition and requirements and young teachers agree on Marx’s meaning, formation of ideological characteristics of young teachers in private colleges and analyzes the reasons and the attitudes of the Marx doctrine. Think of young teachers in private colleges are teachers of private colleges is the main force, influence on the students’ world view, values, outlook on life and the role of significance, so young teachers in private colleges identity on the Marx doctrine has. And analyses the difference between private and public school young teachers, young teachers agree with the Marx doctrine.The third part of this study mainly introduced the research of young teachers in private colleges status identity on Marx’s results and the pertinence analysis. First introduced the nature of the school, the school management form and content of education Chongqing Nanfang Translation College of SISU. Then, the questionnaire of young teachers in Chongqing Nanfang Translation College of SISU on Marx’s cognition, emotion, belief and application status were introduced. Next to the Chongqing Nanfang Translation College of SISU questionnaire analysis, that the understanding from the cognitive and most of the young teachers have to the Marx principle, from the emotional point of view most of the young teachers do not attach importance to, no feelings of indifference, see most of the young teachers confused political beliefs, fuzzy ideals and beliefs from the belief, from the point of view of most young teachers even use, also do not know whether to use. Finally, taking Chongqing Nanfang Translation College of SISU as an example, the young teachers in private colleges in China on Marx’s identity, emotion, belief and the application are analyzed, and find out why.Finally, from the belief and the use of young teachers in private university in Marx’s cognition, emotion, in-depth analysis and study of Marx’s theory, should strengthen the education of the young teachers attention in cognition, strengthen the study of political theory, in the form of policy education, enrich the study of political theory to solve practical way; young teachers the difficulty in emotional concern, concerned about the mental health of young teachers, young teachers to build platform for the development of young teachers; strengthen construction of Party member team in faith, organization and leadership to strengthen ideological and political work of young teachers; to promote the young teachers in the use of the Marx doctrine, broaden the young teachers working way, according to the Marx’s theory discussion and analysis the real problem, according to the Marx’s theory to solve and the living and learning in daily teaching work, the problem of. The actual increase of young teachers in private colleges with the Marx doctrine, is our party and private colleges and universities must pay attention and not shirk the responsibility.
