Along with the deepening of the requirements for combination of sport and education todevelop Competitive sports talents. in our country, colleges and universities that has qualifiedfor recruit high level sports teams have reached a certain scale,The purpose is to develop ahigher competitive level, the higher cultural quality talents for our country.To promotecompetitive level and cultural quality, Recruit students is the most important.At thebeginning,only Xi’an Jiao Tong university has the qualified for recruit high lever athletes inShaanxi Province,at present, there are11universities that have the qualified for recruit highlevel sports athletes. National Admissions Policies only play a leading part in recruitingathletes. Many other cities how to recruit sports athletes, weather represent the theme thatCompetitive Sports have completed in many colleges, on the one hand, thinking want goodidea we can learn from their strategies for recruiting,on the other hand,we can avoid makingmistakes,try our best to avoid shortcomings they have.nowadays, we research a part ofcolleges’ situation of recruiting for the recruit calls made by our country,most of theresearches stays the Theory stage in order to adjust to every cities, but there almost have noidea about details analysis. Considering this situation, through a study concerning about someuniversities that have the qualified for recruiting high level athletes,which have made inShaanxi province,and now has already reached the point where from point to an area, surfacealmost all of this province college admissions status,and find out the influence factors ofrecruit students, find the process of advantages and disadvantages about universitiesenrollment,meanwhile, it is benefit to Promote Shaanxi normal university athletic sportsdevelopment, and provide a reference to improve the sports reform.This passage takes11universities which have the right to adopt high-class athletes forobject, with methods of studying papers, questionnaires, interview, mathematical statistics, inorder to study the current situation of enrollment in Shaanxi, the factors and problems.By studying papers, we understand the policy of enrollment by government and currentsituation in other provinces, which helps us aim at the enrollment in Shaanxi province.Besides studying policy, we have interviewed some colleges about the problems they havefaced in the process of enrollment with questionnaires. With the help of SPSS17.0(a software), we make statistical analysis based on the data, which can help us explore furtherthe factors of enrollment, find their advantage and disadvantage, and make suggestions.This study has made some conclusions as follow:（1）The recruiting students selection procedure of universities in Shanxi provinceis a flexible admission way which combine the macroeconomic regulatory and characteristics and needs of both the province and our own school, Mainly displays in the following aspects. On the one hand, Colleges and universities has a great deal of autonomy to control the member and level of the students, give them relatively preferentialpolicies and so on.（2）The students’ structure of Shaanxi province colleges and universities is not rational. The source of students in the majority with Zhejiang, Inner Mongolia, Sichuan,Henan and most of them are second grade sportsmen but not first grade.（3）The geographical position and popularity of the colleges and universities, theinfluence of coaches, patriarchs, teammates and the control of the province educationdepartment to college enrollment are the main reasons that affect the enrollment of the high level athletes in colleges and universities in Shanxi province.（4）In the admissions process of colleges and universities in Shanxi province, one big problem is paying little attention to the cultural level of athletes. Light the weight of technology theory and take so much attention to technology that culture test is just a decoration.（5）The autonomous power of Shaanxi universities in the admissions process isso much that there are many undesirable effects, such as, some unreasonable demandsof coaches and patriarchs.（6）Most colleges and universities in Shaanxi province have established trainingbases between the original regions of students. However, the schools lack in publicityand they haven’t formed a complete set of patterns of enrolling, cultivating and getting a job.This article offers some corresponding suggestions in view of the situation of Shaanxi college recruit students of high level. Hope that colleges and universities can formulate a set of enrollment mechanism for a better development of athletes under the demand of country and local conditions.
