| With the development of science and technology,the mode of talent demand has also undergone a fundamental change.Tens of thousands of workers urgently need to be transformed into skilled personnel.Therefore,the mode of vocational education is also facing major reforms.Training high-quality design and manufacturing integration application-oriented talents has become the primary goal of various vocational colleges.The national vocational education reform has risen to the national strategy.The general secretary and the prime minister pay close attention to the vocational education reform personally.They propose to train high-quality workers with technical skills and transform tens of thousands of workers into skilled talents.This is related to the next stage of industrial transformation and upgrading and economic development strategy in China.We often talk about the establishment of innovation and development strategy,although its goal is grand,but its content is very specific.The next stage of our international strategic transformation and upgrading is to transform China from a catching-up strategy to a leading strategy on the basis of economy 4.0.Although China's total economic output has reached the second place in the world,it still lingers in the field of middle and low-end manufacturing industry,and still depends on high-end areas.Imports have not yet formed a strong competitiveness,so the General Secretary proposed that we not only want China to create,but also China to design,with the goal of transforming our next 30-year development stage from a follower-type to a leader-type.As a result,enterprises and society have put forward new requirements for skilled talents.They not only require practitioners to master excellent professional skills,but also have a certain comprehensive quality,with basic knowledge and ideological quality in all aspects.The traditional concept of skilled personnel education has been completely unable to meet the needs of the current era and economic development for the quality of skilled personnel.Therefore,actively exploring new training mode of skilled talents and actively promoting comprehensive quality education of skilled talents are of great theoretical and practical significance not only for promoting the transformation of vocational education concept,but also for training skilled talents to meet the needs of economic and social development and enterprise development.Taking Qingdao Technician College as an example,this paper studies and analyses the training of automotive professional skilled personnel based on the practical experience in the training process of automotive engineering professionals in Qingdao Technician College.On this basis,the "trinity" skilled personnel training project of Automobile Specialty Based on knowledge,skills and quality training is constructed.At the same time,the education mode and personnel training mode of technical and vocational colleges have been changed.According to the requirements of "trinity" training project research,colleges and universities have made progress in education concept,education content and teaching methods.Reform should be carried out to explore a talent training mode suitable for the actual situation of our colleges and regions,so as to ensure that the skilled talents trained can really meet the needs of the society and enterprises,and truly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of skilled talents.From this point of view,this study is based on promoting the cultivation of high-skilled comprehensive talents,promoting the comprehensive development of technical college students through the innovation of educational mode,improving the comprehensive quality and competitiveness of Technical College students,and playing a certain role in promoting the innovation of the current educational system.Finally,the safeguard measures to promote the implementation of the training project of automobile professional skilled talents are given. |
