In recent decades, a variety of educational thoughts surging,maintenanceeducated rights, respect subjectivity educated, caring educated individualsgrow into basic consensus of contemporary education.Since the birth of this education school punishment would attendant, asan educational discipline educated way, whether it is also applicable in thepresent moment? Much to encourage people’s pursuit of education and howshould we implement it? Based on these many problems began this paper theimplementation of contemporary primary and secondary education toencourage education and punishment of border issues.This thesis sought through literature research, investigation, casestudies and other research methods, fundamentally in-depth analysis toencourage education and punishment concept of education, necessity,reasonableness, scope and implementation of ways to truly understand theeffectiveness of education and to encourage invalidity boundaries, propereducation and punish improper punishment education limits. Are found to beeffective to encourage education and properly punish the value of education,reveals ineffective punishment to encourage education and impropereducation and practical problems that exist do its attribution analysis,pointing out that education and shall not be deemed ineffective penalties toencourage educational purposes exist defects and serious consequences, andimproved direction. Through the three primary and secondary school teachers,parents and students have done a lot of research and analysis ofquestionnaires, to ascertain the implementation on existing primary andsecondary education to encourage education and punishment state ofeducation, and educational events are social events as a case analysis. Factshave proved effective to encourage education can stimulate interest in learning from the educated, enthusiasm and desire, thereby promoting theeducated and actively and consciously take the initiative to master the skillsand knowledge needed to learn the rules of conduct to improve the quality ofall aspects of the educated. Appropriate penalties education can makeeducated to become responsible, have the ability to withstand setbacks.Therefore, an effective education and appropriate penalties to encourageeducation in the present education are indispensable.In conclusion, this study whether it is for classroom teachers is stillworried about the rush of parents, are conducive to ease the psychologicalpressure to solve their confusion in education, improving education dilemmain carrying out the embarrassing situation. For educators to better educatefuture for the better educated, more healthy growth has laid a solid basis fortheoretical guidance.
