Recently people pay more and more attention on the growth of psychological since the quality of life have been improved enormously.The piano training industry show very positive trend not only for younger kids and teenagers,but also for the adults who want to enrich their spare time life.Even though they cannot be a professional piano performer or expert result from the limitation of their own condition and time,but the adults' piano training industry is still worth to develop.There are plenty of piano training center in SH,but seldom focus on the adult's training program among them.The adult's piano training program could be a wasteland which is going to be developed as fast as possible because of the lack of mature industrial mode and scientific teaching system.Therefore,the research topic is “how to establish and operate successfully an adults' piano training center in SH”,which can help make a scientific and available marketing strategy for the upcoming “Vienna In adults piano training studio” by means of researching the piano training marketing environment in SH.This paper analyze the existed problem in the piano training marketing with the help of the theory of STP and 4PS,combine the PEST model and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,which show the macro-environment of the piano training industry,the level of competition among the industry.As a result,this paper is aim to search a method which can change the traditional operating model of training institutions,break the barrier and dilemma,create a new adults training operating system.This paper acquire the real information and date of SH piano training market through questionnaire survey,field investigation and contrastive analysis,which can lead to a feasible and specific marketing strategy that include the product,price,channel,and promotion.The writer is happy to explore and analyze the relationship between the law of consumer behavior and marketing rule within the piano training market,which can enrich and develop the marketing theory of china's adult piano training institutions.Meanwhile this paper can guide the operating and marketing of the “Vienna In adults piano training studio”,which lay the stable foundation of long-term development of the studio.
