Intercultural Communication Problem And Solving Method Research For The Project Of Overseas Study

As Chinese foundation education become internationalized, more and more teenagers can realize their dream of traveling overseas to study. Many families with better condition of wealth are willing to support their children to be trained abroad, because it can not only train their English skill and widen their vision, it can also be beneficial to build personality.Based on the present academic foundation of project communication management and intercultural communication, for example, taking the operation of EF overseas studying project, this thesis researches how they communicate efficiently and how they use the structure of their project team. We focus on how to improve the project implementation by strengthening communication within the project, and how to improve customer satisfaction by strengthening communication outside the project. We do this by using interviews, questionnaires and case study.Communication management plays an important role in running the project. Because overseas study is very popular nowadays, we need to think about what else the project should offer.
