The deviation youth is one important group of academic attention, deviant behavior also is the focus of schools and parents. Helping youth to reduce their deviant behavior is the target of academia and social workers want to achieve. The author concerns the research of Families and youth. In the process of analyzing the literature and intern, author found that family function have a greater impact on the formation of youth coping styles, while coping model also affect the frequency of their deviant behavior, if the youth can’t respond in a proper way to resolve the incident, the frequency of his deviant behavior will higher than other. This article focus on the coping of the deviant behavior, used McMaster Approach to Families, and combined six module of the theory to Learn family function status of deviation youth, The author analyzed youth’coping styles in the face of dysfunctional family, and analyzed the defect of existing social services in dealing with the problem of the deviant youth in dysfunctional family, the author summarizes the appropriate intervention methods and recommendations. In this paper, through purposive random sampling method selected interviewees, author used qualitative research methods, and had in-depth interviews with11deviation youth. Author found their family functioning disorders, and they had different ways of coping to family function in disorders. There has been five kinds of coping styles, they are positive response, rationalization, avoidance, go with the flow, violence. This paper analyzes these factors put forward on the basis of recommendations of social work intervention, including strengthening the positive momentum, challenging rationality and numbness, and enhance the courage to face the problem, reconstruction role of parents to guide the formation of positive coping styles, and promote the normalization of family communication and restoring family boundaries.
