Initiative Migration:Study Of Farmer Family Initiative Citizenization

Since the early1990s, our country has been entered into a period of rapid economic development. Influenced by industrialization, urbanization and globalization, the demand of city’s human resource market for labor is growing rapidly, therefore, more and more farmers driven by economic interests begin to join into the floating army, and become veritable migrant workers. During the tide of flow, migrant workers have gained certain economic income; meanwhile, they have also been affected by civilization of modern city. A considerable part of the migrant workers start to reflect on their behavior, hoping to follow the family, emigrant from village, settle down in the city and transfer to real city residents through their own ability and capital basic accumulation. Meanwhile, industrialization and urbanization also promote the development of citizenization in its full swing. The current citizenization of China’s rural society is mainly rely on administrative power strong, which exists certain difference with Xin Village’s citizenization road-completing the family’s relocation of in urban areas by their own strength. How do the mass peasants track out such an initiative citizenization road from the bottom to the top?What process would farmer family go through if they want to realize the initiative citizenization? What kind of obstacles would appear in the process? What’s the difference between the initiative citizenization and the government dominated citizenization? What measures can be taken to promote the initiative citizenization? For all the questions, the writer will attempt to explore, explain and conclude in the study.Based on the character of Xin Village of North Anhui province, this thesis emphasizes on22families’initiative citizenization, and attempt to amplify the research result into the typed group having common background with Xin Village and explain. Chapter2, this chapter mainly introduces the general situation of Xin Village and social&economic life of post rural society, also do the simple data analysis of the22Xin Village families. Chapter3, this chapter mainly introduces the common feature of migration completed families, and the factor for promoting the initiative migration and the concern during the migration. Chapter4. the writer mainly elaborates the feature that the farmer family migrated from village and integrates into urban society, and possible problems. Chapter5. The writer attempts to compare and analyze both initiative and passive citizenization way, and summarize the advantage of initiative citizenization in urbanization and industrialization, and clarify the significance to social transformation and other similar social group.Chapter6, This chapter attempts to provide reference opinions from both society and individual aspects. Chapter7, conclusion:it’s mainly the general conclusion and outlook for the future.Based on the investigation of the Xin Village migration family, the author found that the road of peasant farmers in depend on own strength achieves a larger initiative. Their citizenization of spontaneous explored way could maximize the reduction of the family that may occur in the process of urbanization of contradictions and conflicts, and also is conducive to the benign running of the society and coordinated development. Therefore, the way of initiative citizenization is an important part of urbanization of China and has great reference significance for the current urbanization, urbanization movement.
