A Study On AlphaGo's Operating Mechanism And Its Initiative

AlphaGo defeated the world go champion who is full with human intelligence,which makes people have to face a question of how to understand artificial intelligence and the coming era of artificial intelligence? A study on AlphaGo's operating mechanism and its initiative is a fundamental discussion on this issue.This study sorted out the historical development of AlphaGo,reviewed the meaning of artificial intelligence,and the application of artificial intelligence in chess,including the evolution of artificial intelligence from simple chess games to the recent development of AlphaZero.On the basis of discussing AlphaGo's operating mechanism,this paper analyzes the new features of artificial intelligence such as self-learning,self-computing and self-organization.But how should we regard these new features of artificial intelligence? For this question,this study uses the theory of Philosophy of subjectivity to analyse new features of artificial intelligence from the perspective of subjectivity of self-discipline,self-initiative and freedom transcendence to confirm that artificial intelligence has heteronomy,initiative and transcendence.Among them,heteronomy means that all activities of artificial intelligence are under the program written by human beings;initiative means that artificial intelligence has the features of self-learning,self-computing and self-organization;transcendence is the ability to surpass human beings in data collection,numerical velocity,and games.Despite current artificial intelligence can achieve heteronomy,however,it cannot realize self-discipline.It can achieve initiative but cannot realize consciously,can achieve partial beyond but far from freedom.Although artificial intelligence has made great achievements at present,it is still of weak artificial intelligence,and there are still many limitations to achieve strong artificial intelligence.From the perspective of subjectivity to analyze this study,it is not difficult to see the development limitations of artificial intelligence,which has enlightening significance for the further development of artificial intelligence.
