The Research On Of The Dilemmas And Way Of College Students Career Planning

Career planning is an effective way to college students’ self-management. It would directly affect most students’ school life, would also affect the happiness index of their future of employment and occupation, as well as their whole life’s career development. Career planning is also an effective carrier for both family-education and ideological and political education. It is of great significance for innovaction of ideological and political education, for settling the employment problem, maintaining the country’s stability and prosperity, and achieving full and free development of the students to realize the great dream of China has an important significance.In this paper, Parsons’ career-who match "theory and Holland’s" personality type-type of occupation mismatch "theory as the theoretical basis for research. The Research method of this paper includes literature review, interviews, questionnaires and other methods combined with the author in the field of long-term career planning study and conduct research work experience.Papers interprets students career connotation, influencing factors, and meaning that the current difficulties faced and the way several aspects interpretation and exposition. Although at present, a large number of excellent papers and books on career planning have been written and published, which have formally formed a prosperity domestic career planning theory and guiding institutions. However, the reality is a much deeper and more complex dilemma:copy from dogmatic theories, staffing and institutional settings superficial, formal, the guiding ideology and behavior utilitarian serious problems plaguing the development of career planning. Therefore, to do deep scientific research on difficulties that China’s career planning research have faced, and to explore feasible way is particularly necessary.Acoording to the established theory and practice based on the combination of years of practice, the author generalized the research dilemma, including knowledge, basis, and education, and proposed the tacits of changing minds, scientific development, solidifying foundation, increasing investment, deepening reform, and multi-party interaction.
