Our initial performance evaluation of university teachers in the50’s last century, started relatively early, but once remain stagnant in the impact of the cultural revolution, until after the cultural revolution, only to resume. The next ten years, to vigorously promote the reform of national education system, evaluation of university teachers in our country has achieved rapid development, gradually realize from extensive development to the connotation of development transformation, this not only to the National University is an opportunity for development, but for the Independent College of new situation of educational philosophy under the terms, but also a hitherto unknown challenge and opportunity. Therefore, has the important theory value and practical significance of construction of teacher performance evaluation system of Independent College.In the paper, in view of the current teacher performance evaluation of the status of independent college teachers, especially around the NK Institute for research on objective performance evaluation, teachers in the teaching, scientific research, personnel training, quality and other aspects of comprehensive evaluation. The structure is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is introduction; the second chapter is the teacher performance evaluation theory; the third chapter is the analysis of the present situation of teacher performance evaluation of NK College; the fourth chapter is the establishment of teacher performance evaluation system of NK Institute; the fifth chapter is the teacher performance evaluation system of NK College safeguards; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.In this paper, the existing teacher performance evaluation system of NK Institute introduced, using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, build up a set of more perfect teacher performance evaluation system for implementation of the NK College. It provides information support for the human resource management of the college’s decision, on the other hand also provide certain reference for other independent college teacher performance evaluation. Double security protection measures by the government and the society to provide external guarantee measures and the school, the teacher performance evaluation system will be implemented smoothly.
