For young teachers at vocational colleges now the pressure situation, this study developed a questionnaire survey of young teachers focus on "Working pressure" and "pressure because of the way." Research sampling method Changsha three teachers in higher vocational colleges to investigate. The results of internal consistency reliability and split-half reliability test, using confirmatory factor analysis reliability and validity, the questionnaire results showed that the reliability and validity of test preparation are essential to achieve the requirements. Through questionnaires and field interviews, the following conclusions:First:On the whole, young teachers vocational colleges strong sense of pressure, especially in the job classification, research tasks and the quality of vocational college students is not high, it is difficult to teach, and economic pressure.Second:In the basic case, for the "pressure" of each project in order to "annual wage income" variable circumstances exist obvious differences.Third:In the face of pressure of the "coping", the teachers can do basically positive attitude, fewer teachers would avoid the problem of pressure. Visible teachers in the subjective or can do to face the pressure to solve the pressure.Finally, the study of young teachers from their own management and optimization of two managers put forward policy solutions to this problem:teachers should actively face, cope with stress; managers to do the right guidance, humanity.
