Under the background of vigorously advocating vocational education,private higher vocational colleges have developed rapidly in recent years.Guangzhou,as the capital city of China's coastal economic provinces,the number of private vocational education is in the forefront of the country.The physical education teachers of private higher vocational colleges need to accept a more stringent assessment system when they undertake physical education teaching,sports training,subject research and so on.The recommendation of physical education teaching reform and the rapid development of private higher vocational colleges all put forward higher requirements for the professional literacy and professional skills of physical education teachers in private higher vocational colleges.Physical education teachers in private higher vocational colleges are not only facing opportunities but also facing greater challenges.This study uses literature,field investigation,psychological measurement,expert interview,data statistics and other methods to investigate and study the professional pressure of PE teachers in Guangzhou private vocational colleges from five aspects:teaching and research,evaluation and assessment,career development,social status and interpersonal relationship,and put forward countermeasures.Using the "Professional Stress Scale of Public Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities ",this paper investigates the physical education teachers in 15 private vocational colleges in Guangzhou.Based on ANOVA analysis,this paper analyzes the professional pressure of PE teachers in Guangzhou private vocational colleges from five dimensions.The results show that there are different degrees of professional pressure on PE teachers in Guangzhou private vocational colleges in five dimensions,and there are greater professional pressure in three dimensions: evaluation and assessment,teaching and research,and career development.According to different group characteristics,the professional stress analysis of PE teachers in Guangzhou private vocational colleges shows that gender has no significant effect on the whole;the difference of occupational stress between different academic qualifications is significant(P<0.05),in social status and interpersonal relationship;the difference of occupational stress between different teaching ages is significant(P<0.05),mainly in teaching and research and career development;the difference of occupational stress between different professional titles is significant(P<0.05),the social status is very significant,and career development is significant;The overall difference between different marital status is not significant,but it has certain influence in teaching and scientific research,career development;the overall difference between different fertility conditions is not significant,in teaching and scientific research is very significant,career development is significant.The factors affecting the professional pressure of PE teachers in Guangzhou private vocational colleges mainly lie in the great pressure of teachers' teaching and scientific research;there are some imperfections in the system of evaluation andassessment;the limitation of professional development;the social recognition can not reach the psychological expectation;and there are certain obstacles in the handling of interpersonal relations.On the basis of the research results,the following strategies are put forward :1.The state attaches importance to private higher vocational education and promotes the social status of private higher vocational colleges;2.Improve the assessment system of private higher vocational colleges;3.Strengthen the continuing education of PE teachers to ensure the professional development of PE teachers;4.Improve the treatment of PE teachers in private higher vocational colleges and reduce the flow of talents.
