The teacher occupation pressure generally is a state of mind and the corresponding behavior caused by teachers’ educational and teaching activities, associated with survival anxiety for emergencies or school work environment factors. Primary school teachers in Central Asia has increased in recent years the proportion of health and occupation burnout are primary school teachers occupation pressure gradually increased performance. Therefore, to understand the origin of primary school teacher occupation pressure generated, for the management of teachers and improve the quality of teaching, has important practical significance.The study by Professor Zhou Chuandai the questionnaires, questionnaires were randomly selected from Beichen primary school teachers,215teachers,199valid questionnaires on demographic variables, data analysis, t test and variance analysis with the Spss10.0software, obtained the following conclusions:1.most teachers think they have different degrees of pressure,26.1%of teachers think that their lower pressure,38.7%think the pressure heavier,31.2%believe that great pressure,3.5%of that great pressure, which indicates that the problem of the current Beichen District primary school teacher occupation pressure serious.2.on the list of the six factors and social factors, work factors, school factors, interpersonal factors, student factors, individual factors in the top three were student factor, social factor and job factors. According to the average score of each item will be sorted, the top10items are:to cope with schools and the Education Department of inspection and assessment; non teaching daily affairs too much; the face of student management problems of physical and mental fatigue; heavy workload, long working time; for students to take responsibility too heavy; low wages, income and pay a large contrast; students’ learning motivation is not strong; the teacher interest only and the enrollment rate, scores; social expectations and demands for teachers is too high; contradiction between quality education and enrollment system.3.Occupation pressure Beichen District primary school teachers have the gender differences in social factors, work factors, school factors, interpersonal factors and self factors, no significant gender differences in the factors of students; there are differences in social factors, job title, school factors, interpersonal factors and self factors; no significant differences in the title the factors of students; the main effect of seniority in the job factors, self factors and school factors on the significant; whether the social factors, work factors and school factors on as a teacher there was a significant difference; whether the social factors and job factors as a major work of significant differences.This paper tries to use the method of quantitative research and the qualitative combination, through the analysis of the source of primary school teachers from the external pressure, alleviate and internal mitigation strategies are proposed to reduce occupation stress of primary school teachers in two aspects, and call on the whole society and the education sector given attention and support.
