A Comparative Study Of Enterprise-Education-Research Co-operative Pattern Between China And Abroad From The Perspective Of University

Today, in an overall environment of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, main factors of productivity improvement have developed from traditional factors to knowledge resources and science and technology, scientific and technological integration and achievement transformation have aroused extensive attention from all walks of life. How to effectively promote scientific and technological achievement transformation of and achieve science and technology as the primary productive forces are becoming important tasks for our research. Production-study-research cooperation, as a concept and mode of accelerating technical innovation, is a scientific and technological achievements industrialization process through scientific and technological achievements transformation by close cooperation of enterprises, colleges and research institutes under the help of government.Therefore, it is of great significance to build a production-study-research cooperative mode to promote economic and social development and accommodate to the situation of China. Based on colleges, the concept of college production-study-research cooperative mode is firstly introduced, as a college-led production-study-research cooperative mode, it has college characteristics and advantages. Secondly, history and modes of college production-study-research cooperative mode are respectively researched between China and occident developed countries, by a comparatively study, similarities and differences thereof are found out:in differences, evolution and operation mechanism of production-study-research cooperative mode between China and US and European countries are different; in similarities, college production-study-research cooperative modes at home and abroad have a converging mode, a similar organizational structure, and they both have a role as a bridge of intermediary services. Finally, on the basis of comparison, reasoning the similarities and differences of production-study-research cooperative modes between China and occident developed countries, important enlightenments are presented:main problems in Chinese college production-study-research cooperation are deeply understood and countermeasures and suggestions for promoting Chinese college production-study-research cooperation are put forward.Through comparative analysis of production-study-research cooperative modes between China and developed countries, countermeasures and suggestions for effectively promoting Chinese production-study-research cooperative modes are proposed, which is of great significance to upgfade self-decidable innovation ability and build innovative-form country.
