| The ideological and political education work for college students, shaping college students attitude and emotional process, is composed of the ideological and moral, ideas and emotional aspects of proper guidance and education, which also cultivates the students’values. Teachers in these aspects are the key to strengthening the ideological and political education of college students. They are also the organizational guarantee for the improvement of students’ ideological and political education. The economy grows rapidly in the new age. Facing this, most practitioners of ideological and political are not used to social development and the needs of students. So, proper measures should be taken to found a professional team of learning in a high level. Learning ideological and political education team can adapt to the development needs of the information age and meet the demands of the university students overall development.This paper consists of four parts. In the first part, the learning ideological and political education team connotations as well as learning the basic requirements of the team are defined. Also, some classic theories of Marxist classical writers and claims building a learning party are quoted; In the second part, the practical significance of building a learning team is summarized. It is easy to see that building a learning of ideological and political education team improves their own quality and promotes the development of a learning society and learning party; Accomplishments achieved by ideological and political education team are generalized in the3rd part. According to the survey results, some problems existing are put forward; In the last part, solutions to solve the problems existing in building a learning ideological and political education team have been proposed.
