Objective: With China’s sustained economic development, the physical fitness of primary andsecondary school students has been declining year by year since the reform and opening up.As Beijing is the whole country’s political, economical and cultural center, the development ofphysical fitness of students in Beijing attracted widespread attention of the society, family andschool. Speed quality is the most basic physical fitness in human’s sports quality. Thedevelopment condition of speed quality is directly related to the future development ofprimary and secondary school students’ physical fitness. It also equally attracted widespreadattention that how the speed quality of girls in primary and secondary school developed. Themain purpose of this experimental study is that how to promote school girls to maximize theirphysical fitness, promote bones, muscles and nerves to realize coordinated development, andobtain comprehensive development of body and mind. This article mainly adopted fiveresearch methods, including expert interview method, literature data method, mathematicalstatistics method, observation test method and the experimental method. Through asking theexperts on youth sports quality study, we can get the development level of school girls’ speedquality and the developmental characteristics of their body function at the youth age; basingon library information and all kinds of journals about teenagers’ speed quality training in theInternet, we can find out the problems in teenagers’ speed quality development, and designdifferent training methods for all ages of primary and secondary school girls on the basis oftheoretical knowledge; Through observation test method and the experimental method, wecan obtain speed quality training law and the data of school girls’ speed quality level beforeand after training; Finally, through mathematical statistics and using excel and spss18.0toanalyze the data we have obtained, we can identify the differences between before and afterexperiment and analyze the reasons, then provide feasible advice.Conclusions:1The growth rule of speed quality of schoolgirls in control classes and in2010, Beijing isroughly consistent, and the former’s overall level is about0.05s higher than the latter.2The control group before and after the experiment results show that the body’s naturalgrowth, the rate of girls in primary schools to improve the quality level presents a certainextent, the first, the second level of the maximum speed quality, showing a downward trendfrom the three junior high speed quality level.3The results before and after the experimental group showed that the speed of qualitydevelopment in the sensitive period of7-12years old primary school level, especially at thisage, the quality of the implementation exercise a certain speed, speed, quality levels haveincreased significantly, the largest increase at0.3s or so, followed in third, junior and senior stages of puberty age, the growth rate is more obvious, an increase of about0.3-0.35s.4Through the experimental and control groups after the experiment to compare theexperimental results can be seen in the normal course of physical education for school girls toimplement effective interventions speed quality exercise, can effectively improve the speedquality level than in the body’s natural growth law increased quickly.
