Primary and middle school students are the backbone of the future, not onlyshoulder the construction state, and physical quality conditions directlyaffect the country’s future healthy level, determines the future of the Chinesenation’s rise and fall. Power quality is the source of all the sports, is thefoundation of human movement and other all kinds of physical quality, itsdevelopment characteristics is an important content of physical health levelof the evaluation, so as to promote the healthy growth of the primary and middleschool students, to their present situation and the tendency of the developmentof power quality research has the necessity very much.Current our country small and medium-sized students overall development ison the decline endurance quality, through the review of related literature athome and abroad, found the stage of primary and secondary schools for theimplementation of a certain power intervention teaching experiment research hasnot involved, this is also the innovation point of this paper. This paperemphatically from the aspect of experiment research of primary and secondaryschools of Beijing boy power quality characteristics and the trend ofdevelopment, through the power quality teaching intervention in theunderstanding of primary and middle school students’ power quality developmentin elementary school and high school have obvious change, for the futureimprovement and improve the quality of the power of primary and secondary schoolstudents, further enrich the strength quality teaching content and teachingmethods to provide valuable reference basis. By8weeks intervention practicepower quality, found strength training intervention of boys overall trend ofdevelopment of the power quality to have a further understanding, throughintervention practice quality of primary and secondary schools of Beijing boyforces in the development of the natural growth and the growth of the sensitiveperiod of comparison and analysis can be concluded that: in the interventionpractice can improve the stages the development trend of power quality, the boysalready can grow faster, the continuation of slow growth of the power qualityhigh-speed development within the sensitive period, intervention practice candig deeper boy power quality development potential ability, for the coaches andteachers can provide a basis to improve the quality of the students in the key period, as wellas the relevant departments to formulate policy to provide some reference andhelp. The experimental results show that:1, the comparison of Beijing in2010the national physique monitoringresults in the communique, the current primary and secondary schools of Beijingboy power quality is on the decline, especially in the elementary school downthe obvious, middle and high school were little changed.2, that in comparative classes before and after the test results show thatthe elementary school to junior middle school second grade boy power qualityis growing rapidly, and the power of predecessors study quality sensitiveperiod.3, the experimental class had significant difference before and after theexperiment, shows that intervention practice quality of schoolboys forcesdevelopment benign development trend.4, intervention practice can improve the overall tendency of the developmentof power quality under natural growth, natural growth under primary school gradefive to junior middle school second grade to the rapid growth of the male studentsafter the intervention, through the experiment of this stage to improve.
