The Research On Present Situaiton And Reform Countermeasures Of PE Test Of High School Entrance Examlnation System In Shandong Province Linyi City

PE entrance exam is an important measure to prompt teenagers to do physicalexercise and can help to build up their bodies. It is fully implemented inthe whole country,but each place performs it in different ways. The systemin Linyi, Shangdong province is changeless for many years,which fails tosatisfy all the students. I research intensively in project settings,standardof evaluation,score settings,evaluation methods,Make up exam、 Delay、Exemption and organization to help complete PE entrance exam and to drivestudents to exercise more for their health.In this paper,methods of documents,survey,interview and statistics aremainly used for my study. There are many studies about item settings、organization,physical education or school sports,while the ones that focuson PE entrance exam are few. So in order to know the development status ofthe system in Linyi, I interviewed600high school students and40PE teachersin Junan and Luozhuang county. The results are as follows:1、The items now are a little boring for the students and they keepchangeless for a long time;2、The scores are low overall,but chin-up oftengets higher grades;3、The scores for PE entrance exam share a low ratio inthe total points of the entrance examination for secondary school;4、Theevaluation system is simple;5、 Make up exam、 Delay、 Exemption needimprovement;6、The examination is always conducted orderly,but it needs moretransparency.In this paper,I will put forward some countermeasures andsuggestions:1、Cancel weight for height and Vital Capacity weight index，add basketballdribble,soccer dribble,volleyball digging and rope skipping as items forstudents to choose;2、Increase the rating criteria in1000meters,800metersappropriately,and lower it in chin-up;3、Improve physical examination scoresto80points,accounting for10%of the total score;4、Fortify processevaluation:Physical exams and“National Student Physical Health Standard”test scores,the proportion of process assessment and summative assessmentshould be consistent;5、The candidates who supply for Make up exam、Delay、Exemption must offer proof of medical units out of county level or above,andif they get some incidents,they should also submit an application,which needsparents’ signing and approval from school.Make sure all the candidates know the examination system before it;6、Select people of high quality,ability,discipline and responsibility as invigilators.Establish leading group andannounce the scores on the spot.The officer check and seal them after signingof candidates to ensure the fairness.Strengthen the supervision.Announce acall or other means for whistle-blowing.Enhance the transparency inexam.Anyone who practises fraud will be investigated.
