As a periodic examination of the physical literacy of middle school students,the examination result itself is not the purpose,the key lies in whether the setting of the examination can promote the students' understanding of their own physical function,the mastery of physical skills and the improvement of their health level.should be student-oriented from beginning to end.The implementation of this examination has undergone several changes,but there are still some problems that need to be improved.In the long-term examination-oriented education environment,the physical education examination will inevitably appear mechanical examination-oriented curriculum and preparation mode,weakening the subjectivity of students,this trend promotes the continuous reform of the physical education examination.According to the present situation of the sports high school entrance examination in Zhenhai district,this study intends to investigate the present situation of the sports middle school entrance examination in Zhenhai district of Ningbo through the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical analysis and comparative analysis.and analyze the influence of the sports high school entrance examination in Zhenhai district,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,Through the investigation,it is found that the sports examination scores of the fresh graduates in Zhenhai District have little influence on the total scores of the high school entrance examinations.at the same time,students do not attach importance to the value of sports and even sports.Sports examination of various items or even some items are relatively easy,the overall results are more satisfactory.In addition,the fairness of the results of the high school entrance examination in Zhenhai District and the supervision mechanism of the examination as a whole are basically recognized by teachers and students.Students have a certain understanding of the importance of physical education curriculum under the physical education examination mechanism.The comparison of physical education curriculum before and after the physical education examination can highlight the value orientation of the current physical education curriculum.At present,the teaching goal of physical education course is lack of attention to students' mental health and social adaptation,at the same time,the teaching content is too examination-oriented,the circular training method of preparing for the examination is more mature,and the teaching evaluation focuses too much on the physical education examination.At present,the physical education examination mechanism can indeed play a certain role in promoting students' participation in physical exercise,but it will also cause corresponding examination pressure,and students' cognition of the role of physical education curriculum is more focused on physical fitness improvement and skill training.The attention of parents is also a series of effects brought by the sports examination,but it is necessary to let parents know the real significance of sports participation.Physical education teachers are basically satisfied with the policy of physical education entrance examination,but are dissatisfied with the implementation of the policy.The mechanism of PE high school entrance examination promotes the self-identity of PE teachers to some extent,but it also reflects that the degree of recognition of PE discipline is determined by PE high school entrance examination.In addition,the current physical education examination mechanism makes it easy for PE teachers to have high-intensity overload work on a regular basis.Second,The group factors of the physical education examination mechanism mainly include students and educators.As the main participating group of the high school entrance examination mechanism,this existence is more the processing object of the mechanism.The mechanism weakens its subjective will,so that it can be processed smoothly depending on the mechanism structure,so as to achieve the intention of the mechanism setter to develop his physical quality.Teachers,a primary processor,are also processed objects in essence,and the mechanism clearly endows them with identity requirements and their own functions,and can complete their own share step by step all day long.However,teachers still have to enlighten students' deep value of physical education after taking the exam.in the courses arranged more freely before the examination courses,teachers should devote themselves to leading students to enjoy sports.The decision-makers of the physical education examination can,to a certain extent,determine the form and content of participation of teachers and students in the mechanism,and the decision-makers of the high school entrance examination should be based on the primary task of physical fitness level.lead teachers and students to practice more sports value after taking the examination.The environmental factors of the physical education examination mechanism include school factors,family factors and social factors.As a part of the physical education examination mechanism,the school provides a guarantee for the sports participation of students and teachers.The school also has the ability to urge student teachers to awaken its subject value while processing it,and at the same time,as a key hub connecting decision-makers and teachers,actively suggest that decision-makers carry out more scientific and reasonable sports mechanism reform.Families can influence students' understanding of high school entrance examination,and different families' cognition of sports will affect students' value judgment and participation habits of sports.How does the society understand that sports will have a deep impact on sports disciplines,and its stigmatization of sports and contempt for sports in the period of compulsory education will make it difficult to break away from the rut of taking the examination.The situational factor of the physical education examination mechanism is that the task and goal of school physical education must be combined with the background of the times.Different times have given sports different guiding spirit and form content.Therefore,under the immediate situation of lifelong sports consciousness and national fitness plan,how to awaken the subject consciousness of sports participation while students take the examination to improve their physical quality is the key to the benefit of the current sports examination mechanism for a thousand years.Third,the physical education examination should first respect the subject status of students,and then adjust the items and scores,so as to show the comprehensiveness of students' sports participation and the scientific and reasonable examination,and awaken students' subject consciousness.Physical education teachers should design more innovative designs in the curriculum,try to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and create a comprehensive education plan,so that students can feel complete self after exercise.In addition,schools should ensure the support of teaching funds,add other mechanisms to make the assessment of physical education subjects more diversified,and give teachers some help to alleviate their workload in a specific period.and make their teaching experience smoothly transferred to the decision-making group of the high school entrance examination mechanism.
