By modifying the implementation,30years and perfect, graduation of junior high school entrance examination of sportssince2007,"the CPC Central Committee and State Council on strengthening theyouth sports and physique opinion" and began a new round of reform anddevelopment, is facing new opportunities and challenges, the Party CentralCommittee, the State Council hoped that through a series of measures including thesports for the senior high school entrance examination the project, in three to fiveyears to reverse the decline in students’ physique, improve the students’ physique.The literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method,on-the-spot investigation method and mathematical statistical method is used in thispaper, were investigated at different levels of15schools in8districts of Shanghaiphysical education teachers, the students, the present situation, effect and existingproblems of Shanghai city high school entrance physical examination to the real theanalysis, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions forfurther reform, the relevant departments and improve the high school entrancephysical examination system provides reference opinions.Research results show that: the subject of investigation indicated a higher sense ofidentity for the high school entrance physical examination, the system to raise thestatus of PE, improve the effect of classroom teaching and curriculum goals and otheraspects of success, but in the implementation process, problems such as"exam-oriented" phenomenon, safety hazards, and the the project settings, scoringsystem and supervision and organization mechanism is not perfect. According to theresearch results, proposed the following suggestions:A. Establishing school physical education policies and regulations, ensure theShanghai city high school entrance physical examination of the implement;B. To strengthen the graduation of junior high school entrance examination of sportspropaganda, increase physical examination for senior high school entranceexamination proportion, the different social subject to the attention of the sports intoaction.C. Perfect embodiment of existing physical examination, gradually reduce or alleviatethe routine examination score; cancel some of the skills required in sports, exerciseeffect is poor, maintain or increase the high universality, easy to quantify, fitness valueand strong project; increase the examination link; for special students care moresuitable sports examination content.
