Research purposes: In this experiment,participants were added to the music after a one-time increasing load of exhausted exercise.Through the analysis of the influence of brain potential on executive control attention ability,the effect of music on cognitive function after fatigue was explored.We hope to explore some laws that exist between music recovery and cognitive control after exercise.Research Methods: Select 15 undergraduate students in the middle and long distance track and field of track and field in the Sports Training Department of Capital Sports Institute.In this experiment,a random crossover self-control design was used.15 subjects were randomly divided into 5 groups of 3 in each group.A total of 4 experiments were performed per subject,7 days apart.On each experimental day,a group of three subjects performed experiments on the same day to perform a quiet control recovery,relaxed music recovery,and self-choice music recovery program.Seven days later,the exchange programs were exchanged.After the three exchanges,each subject completed the experiment of each group.Before each exercise,ERP equipment is worn and a stroop task is started.The stimulus materials used are contradictory in color and meaning.As a pre-test exercise,P300 indicators and behavioral indicators are recorded.After that,an incremental load braking exercise was performed on the vertical power car,and the rotation speed was maintained at 50 rpm at 50 W power,and the load was increased by 50 W every 3 minutes until exhaustion(fatigue).After the first exhaustion of fatigue,he received a stroop task test,and after the remaining three fatigues,he listened for a relaxing music “Mind Acupuncture” for 15 minutes and listened to the music and rest.After the break,perform the stroop paradigm.Measure the indicators of quietness,immediate exhaustion,heart rate every 5 minutes,blood lactic acid,and RPE.Analysis method: Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were performed using SPSS20.0 for windows.Paired sample T-test was performed on the data.Significant difference was expressed by P?0.05,and the results were expressed by X±SD.The results of the study were as follows: 1.There was a significant difference in heart rate,RPE,and blood lactate levels before and after exercise;there was a significant difference between heart rate,RPE,and blood lactic acid immediately after exhaustion;There was a significant difference between pre-heart rate and pre-exercise P=0.01.2.Under the condition of consistency of task,the response time after self-selection of music is shorter than that after exhaustion;under inconsistent conditions,the response time after exhaustion,after relaxation of music,and after selection of music is shorter than that before exercise.P<0.05;3,under the same conditions,after the rest compared to the pre-movement accuracy rate decreased,after relaxing music,compared to resting after exhaustion,the accuracy rate decreased;inconsistentconditions,after the free music compared to after exhaustion The accuracy rate decreased by P<0.05;4.Under the same conditions,the amplitude decreased after exhaustion and after music relaxation compared with before exercise;the amplitude increased after self-selected music and after exhaustion after self-selected music;After relaxing music,the amplitude is larger,and the self-selected music effect is better than relaxing music;inconsistent conditions,the amplitude after exhaustion is greater than before exercise;after relaxing music,the amplitude after self-selected music is smaller than before exercise;after relaxing music,after optional music,The amplitude after resting was greater than that after exhaustion(P<0.05).5.Under the same conditions,the latency period after relaxing music and after playing music was shorter than before exercise.The incubation period after self-selected music was shorter than that after exhaustion,and the latency after rest was decreased.The period of relaxation was longer than that after relaxing music and after the optional music.Inconsistent conditions,the latency period after relaxing music was shorter than that before exercise.After relaxation,the incubation period after resting was shorter than that after exhaustion,and the resting period after resting was greater than P<0.05 after relaxation..Research conclusions: 1.Listening to relaxing music,self-choice music,and resting state after rest can change the cognitive performance of the participants.The brain shortens the speed at which the information is received and processed,and the decision-making ability is accelerated.The study found that the physical recovery of the subjects affected the correct rate.2.Listening to relaxed music,self-selected music,and resting state after rest can significantly affect the amplitude and latency of P300 event-related potential P300 and its impact on P300 is universal.3.Different participants listened to relaxed music and self-selected music.The amplitude and latency showed a trend of personalization.Studies have shown that self-selected music influences the amplitude of event-related potential P300 and has a greater impact on the subject's cognitive performance.It was found that the subjects used to stimulate the classification and speed assessment after the relaxation of the music had time to shorten.
