Research On Social Management Of Public Participation In Contemporary China Under The Network Condition

Internet as an emerging technology and means of communication, hasincreasingly become an effective way for the public to participate in socialmanagement, and act as a safety valve between the government and the public. TheInternet not only help the government understand public sentiment, but alsoconducive to effective public participation in social management, a great role inpromoting the development of Chinese society. But it also has its own inevitabledrawbacks, and therefore must also be refined further. How the public networkconditions to participate in social management, in order to promote thecomprehensive development of the socio-political, democratic, economic, cultural,and is a major problem that we face.Theory study and practice of public participation in the network conditions toexplore the late start, the lack of a complete theoretical system and operationalmeasures, and public participation in social management mainly throughparticipation in political democracy. Therefore, the purpose of this article is toexplore the development of political theory and practice by describing the citizenparticipation in public administration at home and abroad, focusing on analysis ofthe status of our citizens to participate in, the main problems and constraints, andelaborated on the basis of our citizens to participate in the system build policyrecommendations. Hope to build multi-angle exploration of the practice of publicparticipation in the system, gradually seeking public participation in line withChina’s national conditions mode.
