Nowadays, more and more emphasis of high school literature texts teaching ofChinese has been put on the interpretation of the texts. However, how to interpret thetext and how to put it into teaching practice has been a puzzling problem for theteachers. Therefore, this thesis probes in how to interpret the texts of literature in highschool Chinese teaching through the multi-level theory and how to apply it to teaching.The first part mainly interprets the multi-level structure and teaching of literaturetexts of high school. Firstly, the development of multi-level theories in literature athome and abroad has been summarized. What’s more, the author studies the meaning ofmulti-level structure teaching of the texts, which fills the high school Chinese teachingwith a flavor of Chinese. Teaching Chinese from the elementary to the profound andfrom the surface to the core can widen the teaching thoughts, discover the recourses ofthe texts, nurture the quality of the students as well as provide the theoretical rules inchoosing more scientific and efficient teaching methods and designing teachingactivities.The second part is mainly concerned about the multi-level structure of the texts ofChinese literature in high school and how to use it in teaching. It first studies the formof the multi-level structure of the texts of Chinese literature in high school: the level ofform, the level of reproduction, the level of expression.Then the teaching problem ofthe structure is mentioned. We should conduct the digesting perceptive teaching basedon the studying of the level of form. We should conduct the restoring descriptiveteaching based on the level of reproduction. We should conduct understandingexploratory teaching based on the level of expression.The third part studies the multi-level structure of the texts of Chinese literature inhigh school and the teaching methods. We should explore the value of the textrecourses of high school literature, selecting them and making full use of them.The forth part is the analysis of the two teaching plans: the poem The FaithlessMan and the extract of the essay The Orchid Pavilion. The author analyzed the teaching plans hoping to use it the improve the practical exploration of the multi-level structureof the texts of Chinese literature in high school and the teaching.
