Situation Of Chinese Culture Elementary Education In Kindergarten, Problems And Solutions

With the rapid development of modern society and the increasingly complicatedbackground of globalization, the value of kindergarten of Chinese culture has undoubtedly beenprominent. However, many people ignore or even despise our national culture, resulting in amassive loss of the most precious Chinese culture. Therefore, this paper takes kindergartens inJinan as samples to investigate the status of Chinese culture education in kindergartens. Basedon the status quo, the paper will focus on reasons and solutions of the problem so as to enhancethe influence of Chinese culture education on children’s development of cognition, motion,emotion and aesthetic appreciation. In the meantime, the author will analyze how to penetrateChinese culture into the kindergarten, aiming to promote the enlightenment of Chinese culture,cultivate the national spirit for children and thrive national culture.The paper will be structured as follows:In the first, the author will present a general imageof Chinese culture and the status as well as the significance of it in kindergarten’s curriculums,which is from aspects of its unique value and the cultural significance. A survey will beconducted in part two dealing with the current situation of Chinese culture education inkindergartens, and then followed by the results of it in part three. Part four will present theproblems existing in the current situation as well as the reasons of them both in the prospectiveof the loss of Chinese culture itself and in the ignorance of kindergartens. Part five will work outsolutions of problems through external conditions such as government and society, and internalconditions, including teaching process, decorations, schedule of the day and cooperation withparents. Based on the above analysis, the author hope to promote the penetration of Chineseculture in kindergarten and make a progress in the enlightenment of Chinese culture.
