Like a raging fire of current international and domestic education reform,teachers’ role is consistent with the characteristics of the times there is always an idealteacher’s role image characterization. Therefore, research on expectations of cognition andrelated groups of teachers roles for teachers self role, so that each teacher form a clearunderstanding of the image of teachers role ideal has important significance. Not only canmake teachers consciously carry out the role of conversion, seek self-development, but also topromote the professional development of teachers "research, practice, thinking and action."Research on the role of teachers and teacher’s role expectation is one of the moreattention at home and abroad. But the former research is more from the aspects of theory andpractice, the teacher cosplay, role cognition, role expectations and role conversion of.Therefore, this study intends to break through the limitations of the previous studies, thesports teachers of primary and middle school teachers--specific disciplines, combined withempirical research, focusing on the desired characteristics of primary and secondary schoolphysical education teachers’ role cognition and related groups on the role of physicaleducation teachers in primary and middle schools, and combining the new PE curriculum,analysis of the case roles PE teachers, on the basis of this, to change the role, promotes theschool sports teaching and sports teacher professional development and put forward specificmeasures and suggestions to the PE teachers in primary and middle schools.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire method, expert interview conducted a survey offive primary and secondary schools in Jining, the content of the investigation is the factorsinfluencing the role conversion to the five aspects of physical education teachers personalimage, comprehensive quality, occupation ethics, teaching ability, the relationship betweenteachers and students and PE Teachers’ expectation, and the results of the survey weremathematical analysis and summary, consistency and specific differences to determinephysical education teachers and related community expectations of teachers’ roles. The lastpart mainly by teachers, students interviewed, observe the actual classroom teachingintroduces Y teachers in physical new curriculum implementation and enforcement of growth and students view, teaching view changing personal.The results show that:1. Personal image expectations: different learning periods in the amiable and easy of approach,as there are significant differences are steady; sex differences in physical beauty, havesignificant difference on bodybuilding physique; students and teachers respectively in theamiable and easy of approach, be honest, cheerful personality, there are significant differencesof humor two items.2. Comprehensive quality expectation: in different grade have significant differences existedbetween the sports technology comprehensive knowledge of; of students in physicaleducation learning problems can give the patient guidance, renewal education idea, andconstantly improve and perfect the students and the teachers themselves have significantdifference.3.Occupation moral expectations: gender, students and teachers to improve their teachingdifference in doing justice make no exception and on this basis.4.Teaching ability: different expectations stage in the process of sports skill teaching, andmake contrast between right and wrong there was a significant difference; there was asignificant difference in positive, teaching content stimulate students to participate in sportsactivities of the rich and colorful, diverse forms of teachers and students.5. The relationship between teachers and students expected: different learning periods and sexin the respect, understanding and trust for each student in significant differences; a deepcommunication with students, create a harmonious teaching environment, listen to theiropinions and suggestions, to discuss the movement technology and Practice for students andteachers have significant difference.6.
