Research On The Operating Mode Of Social Management Innovation

At present, China is not only the revitalization and development of strategicopportunities, but also in highlighting the social conflicts of the parties. Since1978, China’ssocial structure has undergone a series of major changes, which is closely linked incontinuing to promote reform and transformation. Both cumulative changes have occurredin the transition of the transition process mutation. Chinese people’s social needs andmentality, in this structure changing, is gradually changing, prone to some structural tensionbetween the various sectors. The growing social problems, social management needsbecome more prominent. In such a situation, how to build an effective social managementmode of operation has become a key issue to be resolved.In this paper, the author read a lot of references, access to relevant information and thebasis of previous research results, and try to use summarizing, analyzing, learning othermethods in Changchun City, South Gate area of innovation management to carry out socialservices for the study, exploring more rational and effective management of operatingmodes innovative social services, in order to arrive at a higher level can contribute ideas andmeasures of social management. Through researching, we found that in actual practice,strengthening the social management grid, information technology and humanity is animportant means to carry out the current local government management innovation andsocial services and address the impact of the source of social harmony and stability,fundamental and basic issues, improved quality of life and well-being of area residents is ofgreat significance. This study of South Gate District, Changchun City, and the concretepractice perspective, also provides some useful lessons for other regions to better carry outinnovative social management. This paper firstly discusses the connotation of innovative social management, practicalsignificance and the general idea. After that, the paper from the status quo analysis ofinnovative social management start focusing on South Gate District, Changchun City,innovative social service case management, through a profound analysis of its operationmechanism and innovative initiatives on ways and means to explore the successfulexperience of innovative and reliable management of social services mode. Since then, thepaper analyzed currently running social services administration at home and abroad,summarizes the mature experience and policy implications of the adoption of innovativesocial management available. Finally, the thesis put forward countermeasures andsuggestions for the current operating mode of social management innovation.
