In this paper, starting from this contradiction between supply and demand, combined with the current situation of our country college practice education management mode, makes a detailed analysis to explore the use of specific cases, From the teaching idea, management system, talent training scheme, curriculum system, teachers troop, funding and other aspects of practice, Puts forward own opinions on the innovation practice of educational management mode: we should make the teachers and students fully realize the importance of practice education, and change the traditional idea in which they pay little attention to the practice. Based on this idea, and also the changes in market demand, we could adjust the talent training goal and curriculum plan, innovation the curriculum, and build a team with both full-time and part-time teachers. And also we could improve the maintenance of training field and related facility. At the same time, The school must establish a set of complete practice of educational management mechanism to ensure the teaching quality of practice education both from inside and out, and then from point to surface, expand the scope of application, finally summed up the generality of the innovation way of practice education management mode in colleges and universities.
