Research On Operating Mode Of The Social Reform In Inner Mongolia Colleges And Universities' Logistics

Colleges and universities' logistics reform has achieved remarkable results after ten of practice and exploration. It keeps up with and solves the enrollment of colleges and universities. However, with the deepening of reform, many obstacles factors impede the development of college logistic. For example, logistics management system and actual operation, the distribution of responsibility and right, composition and quality of employees, the relationship with social requirement and so on. Among them, basic services industry in external markets develops very low in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities. At the same time, self-awareness and socialization of the schools has also been affected by regionalization and limitations. The factors lead to colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia facing obvious regional difficulties and problems.This paper aims to research on operating mode of the social reform in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities' logistics, basing on the study of logistics in colleges and universities at home and abroad. It analyses the practice of social reform in Chinese colleges and universities' logistics. In addition, it gives a detailed analysis of the course, reality, achievements and problems in the mode of the social reform in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities' logistics. At the same time, talks about the mode of the reflection after the implementation. In the last, according to the main problems, the paper mentions ideas on specific problems on mode of the social reform in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities' logistics. This paper uses a combination of theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative, game analysis, SWOT analysis, and induction and deduction methods and so on.
