AIDS is a global problem of HIV AIDS patients suffer harm, theysimultaneously tortured body and mind, as well as the exclusion of the wholecommunity, so much in need of special attention. One of the women living with HIV,vulnerable and physiological disadvantaged because of their sex, in AIDS patientssuffering population more suffering. How better to relieve the suffering of AIDSpatients, community work officially a panacea. Social work in the field of AIDSintervention in foreign countries has been a very common thing. However, due to thedomestic social work is still in the development stage, the professional social workintervention services for AIDS patients is still very scarce.Fortunately, in the more developed social work Dongguan City, I had theprivilege to enter the City Center for Disease Control and Prevention in2011thatAIDS began providing professional social work services for AIDS patients course. Inthe past three years, internship and work, women living with HIV living conditionscaused by the author concerned, and this is the reason I made this study.The purpose of this study was to clarify the survival of women living with HIVstatus, understand the needs of women living with HIV, in order to better providesocial work services for women living with HIV. According to the basic distributionof Dongguan women living with HIV. I sample of30women living with HIV as aresearch object, the living conditions of the interview table according to the specifiedwomen living with HIV,30were on the psychological, physiological, marriage,interviews with various aspects of social support network for women living with HIV,according to arrange interviews, the author summarizes the women living with HIV inthe above four areas needs.Summing up the work and needs based on survey results, the author developed the system service model in casework, group work, community work and policyadvocacy for women living with HIV. In casework intervention, the author of theproblems and needs as the basis, the case mode is divided into four categories:emotional type of cases the service model, service model marriage relationship classesof cases, cases of the disease-care service model, self-development classes caseworkservice mode and the service program for each mode, the theoretical basis, socialworkers enumerated duties can be more quickly and effectively to provide caseworkservices for women living with HIV. In the intervention group work, the authorsummarizes the treatment of type group, mutual-type groups and the development ofthree types of group-based group intervention model, and knowledge of educationalthemed activities, health and entertainment categories themed events, themed eventsthree types of class relations theme active mode, offers a variety of reference for thegroup to carry out social work and activities. Involvement in community service, theauthor of Dongguan City AIDS management service system as the basis of the32townships planned community intervention model, HIV management servicesthrough a joint township workers, to build a harmonious relationship between healthcare and services for women living with HIV and further to provide morecomprehensive services. After the woman living with HIV to solve basic problems,the author also proposed for women living with HIV in policy advocacy and impact ofprofessional work, and strive to create a women living with HIV have more policysupport and welfare resources of the environment.Social Work Intervention women living with HIV services is a good way to solvethe problems and needs of those infected. HIV-infected women not only return tonormal life, elimination of social conflict, so that they can continue to contribute tosociety, but also to further promote the social work in the medical field localizationand professional.
