"Innovation is the soul of a nation.It is inexhaustible driving force for the prosperity of a country." With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the progress of the society and the development of science and technology, national demand for innovative talents is more and more high.It is the requirement of The Times for developing the students’ innovation consciousness and ability,and it is also the basic task of the implementation of quality education.Under the important period of the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,high-tech agricultural technology talent shortage, the state of sustained attention to "three rural issues", it is the task for agricultural colleges universities as an industry specialty to cultivate innovative ability of college students."Science and education fusion" is the new idea of the development of Higher Education. Therefore, for the cultivation of innovative talents in agricultural colleges and universities need to this new concept as the basis.To make the students innovation consciousness, innovation spirit and innovation ability in the process of high quality talents. In this paper, Marx’s theory of all-round development of human being as the basis of research, Sternberg and Luobate investment theory of creativity and Modern Humanism learning theory as the support. Questionnaire survey was conducted among60students in Hubei and to a Agricultural University580undergraduates (10managers and50students were interviewed).Using literature method, interview method to collect the relevant data, the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.Firstly, the autor wants to understand the agricultural college administrators for the situation and problems of the cultivation of students’ innovation ability, and to evaluate, for their own innovation ability of college students and job satisfaction on cultivating college studentsinnovation ability and problems.Secondly, according to the management staff and the needs of students, the autor puts forward the cultivation of innovativeability of agricultural college students andcountermeasures. This paper mainly includes the following three parts:The first part: Introduction. Based on lots of research achievements related to this research, thie paper mainly describes the background, purpose and significance of research, literature research review, research design,the theoretical basis, the survey area of research.The second part: An empirical investigation. Through the foundation of closed questionnaire and interview survey of60students of a certain case Agricultural University580students,one is based on the perspective of managers, the autor want to understand the general situation of the college students’ innovative ability training school, to the present situation of college students’innovative ability training evaluation, college students’ innovative ability training of problems existing in the work; The two is based on the perspective of college students.the autor want to know college students sports activities or research activitiesparticipation willingness and attitudes, the innovation ability of university students, the school self-evaluation of training innovation ability of college students job satisfaction, college students are facing problems and causes of the innovation ability. The results of the survey show that: the school achieved certain results in the aspects of the cultivation of innovative talents. but overall speaking,the school for training college students’ creative ability of certain problems still exist on the job. There are both macro guidance is not perfect,and there are specific operation is not perfect.The student presents unbalanced phenomenon in five large capacity index of innovative ability, and for schools in cultured in the presence of mixed work ideas on the innovation ability of students. Therefore, in the "science and education fusion" this new era background requirements, higher agricultural colleges and universities also need further improvement in the elite talents training plan.The third part: Conclusion. According to the survey results, in this educational philosophy to science and education guidance,the autor puts forwardsuggestions and countermeasures to cultivate the innovation ability of agricultural college students. To study and put forward, guarantee system as the support, based on environment edification,the autor want to built the pattern that the three complement each other of training innovation ability of college students.
