The political education of state-owned enterprises to post-secondary students in internshipis a complicated system project. As the continuous improvement of Chinese market economyand the promotion of SOE reforms, intern students in state-owned enterprises are graduallydeveloping new characteristics towards political and ideological education. The presence ofrapidly developing situation introduces many challenging tasks in the SOE political andideological education system. Under this circumstance, in-depth study of SOE on the practiceof ideological and political education of intern post-secondary students from both theoreticaland practical points of view is required. In addition, in order to strengthen and improve thetheory of the SOE political education, actively exploring solutions in terms of concept,content, methods, mechanisms and team building is encouraged. In summary, to ensure thesustained, healthy, and harmonious developments of post-secondary students in state-ownedenterprises needs to make further improvement on the ideological and political educationsystem.This paper focuses on the state-owned enterprises in terms of the ideological and politicaleducation of post-secondary students regarding the quality of the work placement and theoptimization methods for study. The main aspects of this paper are divided into fourcategories. The first category introduces a comprehensive interpretation of expansion on theeducation system. The second category discusses the source, mechanisms and achievement ofbuilding a stage towards a better quality of the system. The third category leads to a modelformation of a quality evaluation index system. Last, the fourth category concludessuggestions for quality optimization of the system from such aspects as capacity building,resource allocation, and institutional mechanisms.
