How to establish harmonious labor relations in state-owned enterprises is an important content of socialist market-oriented construction in our country at present.Whether enterprises have harmonious labor relations will directly affect the efficiency of the operation of enterprises,especially in the current economic transformation,the main body and demands of labor relations are changing with each passing day and constantly developing towards diversification.With the establishment of modern enterprise system,the international development of enterprises and the fierce market competition faced by enterprises,there are more and more contradictions caused by labor relations.The establishment of harmonious and stable labor relations is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society,the protection of the interests of enterprises,and the protection of the rights and interests of employees and other stakeholdersShandong Province is located in the eastern coastal area of China,which has an important strategic orientation and plays an important role in the economic development and cultural construction of China.Jinan is the capital of Shandong Province and the representative city of Shandong Province's economic development,in which state-owned economy is an important pillar of Jinan's economic development,and state-owned enterprises also occupy an important market share.In the new economic development situation,state-owned enterprises play an important role in providing rich economic base and practical experience for the transformation and upgrading of related industries.At present,state-owned enterprises are faced with the problem of establishing modern enterprise system,and new labor relations problems are constantly emerging.The fierce market competition from home and abroad and the complex emotional needs of employees force state-owned enterprises to fully understand the importance of creating harmonious labor relations.Based on the sample of Jinan City and the case of Jinan State-owned Enterprise G Company,this paper aims to explore the basic connotation,existing problems and solutions of the harmonious labor relations of state-owned enterprises.First part of the article mainly expounds the background,significance,research problems and research framework;second part focuses on the theoretical basis and research review to provide literature support for the study;third part of the paper focuses on the development of the existing labor relations in Jinan,existing problems and countermeasures;fourth part,combined with the specific cases of G company,in-depth excavation of Jinan state-owned enterprise labor relations development status and existing problems,with practical demonstration;fifth part is based on the above content,give specific suggestions;The last part is to look at the full text,a theoretical summary,and the possible problems in this paper,and provide suggestions for future research methods in related fields.Based on the connotation of harmonious labor relations,this paper probes into the problems existing in the labor relations of state-owned enterprises and the countermeasures that can be taken.Both theoretically and empirically,we try to give effective and comprehensive analysis and judgment.Focusing the "big" problem on the examples makes the analysis of the problem more evidence-based and the conclusion more reasonable and credible.The combination of theoretical analysis and practical cases can also ensure that the research in this paper is more close to reality,and the countermeasures and suggestions obtained are more targeted.
