Research On The Training Will And Influencing Factors With Landless Peasants

In recent years, as China’s social and economic development, industrialization and urbanization process accelerated significantly, a considerable part of the farmers lost their land, which triggered a series of landless farmers, seriously affected China’s social stability and harmony.The land-lost peasants are confronted with prominent problems such as difficulties of reemployment,inadequet social security system, actually they are in an awkward situation of "no job for employment, no land for farming, no access to basic living welfare". To deal with this problem, our central government makes lots of positive profession and skill trainings, to enhance their re-employed ability before working and personal quality in working, In recent society, many land-lost peasants haven’t known the importance of job training. So to make a questionnaire survey of their requirements and needs based on the overall analysis of the documents relating with some theoretical models, and to applying the approch of case-study and quantitative analysis the characteristics of the influence elements of the training requirements of the land-lost peasants in Guanyinshan Residential District in Nantong, Jiangsu and to look for the the characteristics of peasant family, their personal features, and the alternating quantities on training factors, will make an obvious influence on the analysis of the training requirements of the land-lost peasants. With all the elements above, strengthening research and prediction of training needs for land-lost peasants, establishing incentive mechanism of paid training for land-lost peasants, consolidating the authoritative force, and establishing an unified mechanism for goverment organization and policy support by adopting flexible training methods, and relying on short-term training as the main way.some suggestions on policy would be made in the end.
