Study On The Supply Of Public Goods In Rural Sports

Public product, also known as public goods, is relative to the private product, has the non-exclusive and non-competitive products in consumption. The effective supply of man’s all-round development is inseparable from the public product, the quality and quantity of the supply of public goods is decided by the national happiness index to a certain extent." The effective supply of rural construction " to solve the problem, a new socialist countryside and the realization of the industrialization of agriculture is inseparable from the rural public products. The party’s eighteen big points out clearly, to ensure that by2020to achieve a comprehensive well-off society in the grand goal, and the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the key and difficult to achieve this goal. Therefore, the effective supply of rural public sports products at home and abroad, to explore the rural sports public goods supply mode, has a very important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, from the view of public economics, the problem of positioning in the effective supply of public goods in rural sports. The full text is divided into six parts, besides introduction and conclusion, the first chapter defines the connotation of public products, rural sports public products attribute and classification, analysis of rural sports public products, and the analysis of the supply of public goods in rural sports subject; the second chapter in Pingnan County, Ningde City, Fujian Province as a case, analyzes the supply of rural sports public goods problems; the third chapter analyzed the causes of rural sports public goods supply in Pingnan County of the existing problems; the fourth chapter based on the reference to the effective supply of public products in developed countries the rural experience, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the contradiction between supply and demand of rural sports public products.The conclusion is:the effective supply of rural public sports products, market mechanism should be introduced, constructing polycentric supply mode; reform of the fiscal distribution structure should be strengthened to provide public goods, the competition between local governments; we should optimize the performance appraisal system, building a service-oriented government; should improve the farmer sports fitness consciousness, widen the farmer to participate in public decision-making channel; should strengthen the supervision and management of the supply of rural public sports products; should improve the rural sports public goods demand expression mechanism.
