Preschool education is a special major,which is a profession with professional quality.The law and characteristics of children's physical and mental development determine that kindergarten teachers should have different professional requirements from teachers in other sections of the school.From the reality,preschool education is still the weakest link in the whole education,and the foundation of Early Childhood teacher education is relatively weak.Supply shortage and bad supply exist at the same time,supply problem and demand factors intersect,early childhood education teachers supply and demand there are structural contradictions.Through the analysis of the microstructure and macroscopic structure of the supply of early childhood education teachers in D province,it is found that the factor level of the teacher supply is not high,the factor allocation as a whole is in a low level state,and the type structure,hierarchical structure,branch structure,regional structure and resource allocation structure of the teacher supply can not meet the requirements of the effective supply The reason,the microscopic level,the personnel training process presents the closed,the supply and demand structure has not realized the effective docking;At the macroscopic level,the teacher supply system is not perfect,the role of the government and the market in the allocation of resources is unreasonable,and there is not enough vivid power in the supply subject.In a word,the contradiction between supply and demand of teachers in early childhood education and the blueprint for preschool education planning is a huge contrast,how to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of early childhood education teachers?How to configure the education resources of preschool teachers?How to realize the high quality synergy education between colleges and kindergartens?It has become a common subject in the reform and development of preschool and normal education in our country,and it is also the main problem to be solved by this research.The research insists on problem-oriented.On the basis of a great deal of investigation and research on the supply and needs of early childhood education teachers in D province,try to j use the relevant theories of educational economics to form its own theoretical framework under the guidance of the methodology used in the current supply-side structural reform in the country.Based on the analysis of the goal of realizing the effective supply of early childhood education teachers,this paper puts forward a series of reform suggestions,broadens the field of theoretical research,and has certain theoretical application value.This study insists on starting from the relationship between supply and demand,adhering to the combination of government-led and market regulation,using the theory of complex adaptive system as the support,constructing the Community model of early childhood education teachers 'supply and demand cooperation,reconstructing the supply subject system,proposing the reform plan of early childhood Education teachers ' supply mechanism,and carrying out the innovative design In order to respond to the three problems mentioned earlier,it is of great practical significance to the current reform of early childhood teacher education.The research process and main conclusion of the dissertation covers several parts based on the research ideas.It combs the relevant concepts and viewpoints by using the literature analysis method,puts forward the methodology of the structural reform of the supply side of early childhood education teachers,and establishes the theoretical framework for the study of the effective supply of early childhood education teachers.Meanwhile it explores the literature analysis method and the investigation and research method to carry on the realistic perspective to the national and D Province kindergarten teacher supply and demand question,has put forward the question point for this research.This dissertation makes an in-depth analysis of the present situation of the supply of early childhood education teachers from two perspectives of supply and demand,on the one hand,makes an in-depth structural analysis of the supply situation of early childhood educators in 12 counties and districts of D province,on the other hand,through the investigation of the three groups of normal students,new teachers and directors.It makes a structural analysis of the microstructure and macroscopic structure in the supply of early childhood education teachers by means of literature research,case analysis and investigation,and further discovers the deep-seated problems affecting the effective supply of teachers and their causes,and provides a construction idea for proposing the structural reform scheme of the supply side of early childhood education teachers.Then it explores the influence of the demand side of early childhood education teachers on the effective supply of kindergarten teachers from three levels of basic needs,effective demand and future demand,and provides a basis for another contradiction in the contradiction between supply and demand in order to put forward the solution of the effective supply of kindergarten teachers.At the same time,it probes into the innovative design of the supply mechanism of early childhood education teachers,which is suitable for the new supply system,and puts forward the conception and suggestion of establishing and perfecting the planning mechanism,motive mechanism and guarantee mechanism of the teacher supply of early childhood education from the three essential characteristics and requirements of effective supply respectively.In the final part,the dissertation summarizes the full text and makes a self-evaluation of this study.
