Under The Statute System Of Physical Education Teachers Flow Study

With economic development of the21st century, the competition for talented personnel between educational field is becoming more and more fierce. Due to talent-flowing is a common phenomenon, which refers to many schools, many school physical education teachers inevitably involved into the tide of talent-flowing. The tide of both primary and secondary physical education teachers is the manifestation to pursue individual interests in a maximize, but also to adapt the results the talent-flowing of the whole social environment.In this paper, the balanced development of basic education as a starting point, the informal system as the main line to research, meanwhile social background and realistic questions of teachers as the main core of the study, the author explore the main reasons of the flowing of PE teachers from the perspective of informal system. Based on the accumulated literature, using the method of questionnaires, interviews, logic analysis and other statistical analysis of data, the author draw the conclusion as following, the value of teachers in lower professional sports, lack of attention to physical education curriculum, identity of physical education teacher leading to reduced mobility of PE teachers; Shanxi Province as the central regions affected by the customary habits of urban centers tend to lead to a serious cause teachers PE teacher mobility; Aseconomically underdeveloped areas, the treatment of seriousphysical education teachers, so that the teacher can not beguaranteed source of livelihood basis.For the impact of the flow of teachers caused by non-conventionalsystem, this paper argues firstly increasing efforts to improve thepropaganda of professional sports teachers, secondly, the creation ofa good working environment to improve teachers’ job satisfaction,and finally an accurate understanding the specificity of physicaleducation teachers, improving the treatment of teachers to ensurebasic living guarantee of teachers.
