Teachers'mobility about national education fair and balanced,it was also about teachers' development.The teachers'mobility policy continues to be improved and perfected with the education need.But the teacher how to realize the mobility of independent,reasonable and effective,is a problem worthy of further exploration.This study selected A county of central China as the object of investigation.It interviewed and questionnaired survey to teachers,knowing current situation of teachers'mobility and their will.According to teacher development,the study design teachers' mobility system.This research mainly includes five parts.The part 1 is made up of research question,core concept,domestic and foreign research,research design and theoretical basis that include teachers' mobility theory,teacher 's development theory and and its using in this study.The part 2 analyzes teachers'mobility survey,through the descriptive statistical analysis of teachers' demographic characteristics,from the current program,flow direction,flow and flow frequency to describe current teachers'mobility.Through independent sample t-test and single factor variance analysis,study compares different factors of the individual level in survival,development,implementation,and teacher group's differences in the flow program,efficiency,and security.The part 3 analyze the problems existing in the mobility combined with the specific teachers stories.The 4 part referencing a court system successfully solve the judge mobility cases,puts forward teachers' mobility design scheme from the system level.Through analyze the problems existing in the mobility,the study expects from the perspective of teacher development for this,design the top system of compulsory education teachers' comprehensive mobility.Adhering to the principle of fair,fair and open,the teachers can be divided into two aspects of individual and group,and three stages of professional period.Starting from the mobility of frequency,direction,procedure,perfecting safeguard mechanism of personnel,funds,examine,to provide a reference for teachers' mobility can reasonable and effectively promote.
