| Teachers are an important force in the development of colleges and universities and the first driving force to promote the development of colleges and universities.The stability and construction of the teaching team is the basis for the improvement of teaching level and quality.At this stage,private colleges and universities have gradually moved in the direction of high-quality development,and more attention needs to be paid to the improvement of teachers’ teaching level and teaching quality,and the premise of improvement is the stability of teachers.However,at present,there is a large number of disorderly and unreasonable flow of teachers,in private universities,which to a large extent has weakened the teaching force of private universities.Analyzing the key factors affecting the flow of teachers in private colleges and universities,so as to propose countermeasures,and establishing a scientific personnel training mechanism for private colleges and universities is a problem that needs to be solved urgently at this stage.This paper is based on human resource theory,taking Z private colleges and universities in Nanchang as an example.The research object is the full-time teachers of the school.Through a half-year questionnaire design,survey and data collection,based on the current situation of the loss of teachers in private colleges,the two-factor theory is used to construct the influencing mechanism of teachers’ mobility in private colleges and universities,and analyze the influencing factors of teachers’ mobility in private colleges and universities.The study found that,first,management system,salary,development space and promotion opportunities all have a significant positive impact on teacher job satisfaction,of which development space and promotion opportunities are significant at the level of 1%;second,job satisfaction Degrees play an important role in the mobility intention model of teachers in private universities.Management system,salary,development space and promotion opportunities indirectly affect teachers’ mobility intentions through job satisfaction factors;third,age has significant differences in teachers’ mobility intentions;Fourth,there is a significant difference between academic qualifications and job satisfaction.In response to the research and analysis results,in order to improve the job satisfaction of teachers in private colleges and reduce their mobility intentions,the following countermeasures are proposed: establish correct management concepts,improve management systems;build a reasonable salary system and establish incentive mechanisms;provide good development Space,improve job satisfaction;establish a scientific way of promotion to realize the personal value of teachers. |
